Welcome to the Team, Carly!
We welcome Carly Alexander to the BridgePSG team as our Public Policy Coordinator. But enough from me, here’s Carly in her own words:
Hey there! My name is Carly Alexander, and I am thrilled to be joining the BridgePSG team as the Public Policy Coordinator. I bring a mix of policy experience, nonprofit work, and a curiosity for how ideas and action intertwine.
Previously, I worked as a Business Advocacy Intern with the Greenville Chamber, where I supported key policy initiatives affecting local businesses and communities. I also spent time with Mill Village Ministries, gaining first hand insight into nonprofit work and community engagement. I graduated this past December from Anderson University with degrees in Public Policy, Political Science, and History, and along the way, I’ve had the chance to present and publish research at different conferences. I have always been interested in the people behind the policies and how decisions shape communities, organizations, and everyday lives.
I was born and raised in Simpsonville, South Carolina, and in my free time, I love to read, cross stitch, go to museums, and hunt for the best coffee shop in town! I am very excited to be working at BridgePSG and I am looking forward to connecting!
