She helped found BPSG after spending a decade serving and advocating for businesses as the Legislative Director for the Greenville Chamber and three chambers of commerce across South Carolina.<\/p><p>Nikki holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in tourism management from the University of South Carolina. In 2021, Nikki graduated from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce\u2019s Centennial Institute for Organization Management program, earning her IOM designation.
