Jason has more than two decades of experience leading organizations, lobbying for South Carolina businesses, and working in and around the South Carolina Statehouse. Before founding BridgePSG, he led the public policy shop as Senior Vice President of the Greenville Chamber and the Upstate Chamber Coalition – the association of 14 chambers of commerce across the Upstate of South Carolina. Before working at the chamber, he crafted communications for the S.C. House Republican Caucus and ran more than 100 state and local campaigns across the state.

 

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Washington and Lee University and is pursuing his MBA from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois. He is an avid endurance athlete who competed in more than a dozen Ironman and marathon events. He and his wife Frances live in Greenville with their two sons.

Nikki leads BridgePSG’s direct lobbying operations. She helped found BPSG after spending a decade serving and advocating for businesses as the Legislative Director for the Greenville Chamber and three chambers of commerce across South Carolina.

 

Nikki holds a bachelor’s degree in tourism management from the University of South Carolina. In 2021, Nikki graduated from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Centennial Institute for Organization Management program, earning her IOM designation. Nikki is a die-hard Gamecock fan and general sports enthusiast, and lives in Simpsonville with her husband, Dan, and their two dogs, Tucker and Peyton.
